RE: NOTICE OF TERMINATION OF DISTRIBUTION
OMINENT SDN BHD, the manufacturer and brand owner of IGL COATINGS (“IGL Coatings”) had on 28 January 2016 received from Mr FC Rillon, the major stakeholder of IGREENLOVER-US/B&F SUPPLY (“Company”), of the intention by the Company and FC to discontinue as a distributor for IGL Coatings in the United States of America.
In acceptance of his request, please be informed that that the Company and FC will no longer be distributing the products by IGL COATINGS United States of America effective today February 7th 2016.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank the Company and FC for their contributions to IGL Coatings and wish them the best in their future endeavours.
